A book and method for reading a book as a shadow is disclosed. The book includes at least one page containing at least one light window. The method for reading a book as a shadow includes the steps of selecting at least one page to read from the book, wherein the at least one page includes at least one light window with at least one shape, providing at least one light source, positioning the at least one page with the at least one light window between the at least one light source and at least one surface, displaying a shadow on the at least one surface in the shape of the at least one light window, and reading the text or images displayed on the at least one surface.

placing the book in a stand, wherein the stand comprises a recess; selecting at least one page to read from the book, wherein the at least one page comprises at least one light window, wherein the at least one light window is in a shape comprising text or an image; providing at least one light source; positioning the at least one page with the at least one light window between the at least one light source and at least one surface; displaying a shadow on the at least one surface in the shape of the at least one light window; reading the shadow displayed on the at least one surface; and storing the light source in the recess of the stand. - View Dependent Claims (19, 20)
