1. A method, comprising:
- a. capturing an image of an object in an environment proximate a person wearing a head-worn display;
b. recognizing the object as a known object with known physical dimensions;
c. analyzing the image of the object in relation to the known physical dimensions to determine an approximate distance between an image capture device used to capture the image of the object and the object; and
d. displaying content in the head-worn display at a focal plane relative to the approximate distance.
