detect a new sensor added to the vehicle sensor bus;
create a publication topic based on the new sensor, the publication topic made available via at least to a server component operating via the proximity networking radio;
add data from the new sensor to the publication topic; and
in response to a subscription to the publication topic via a user device, dynamically present the data to the user device via the server component.
