First Claim
Patent Images
1. A method for transmitting an uplink signal by a user equipment, the method comprising:
- receiving configuration information indicating a plurality of frequencies for uplink through a downlink operating frequency of a first cell;
performing a physical random access channel (PRACH) transmission on at least one frequency among the plurality of frequencies;
receiving frequency information indicating an uplink operating frequency for the uplink signal in response to the PRACH transmission; and
transmitting the uplink signal through the uplink operating frequency based on the frequency information.

5. A user equipment for transmitting an uplink signal, the user equipment comprising:
-
a radio frequency (RF) unit and a processor configured to control the RF unit, wherein the processor controls the RF unit to receive configuration information indicating a plurality of frequencies for uplink through a downlink operating frequency of a first cell;
controls the RF unit to perform a physical random access channel (PRACH) transmission on at least one frequency among the plurality of frequencies;
controls the RF unit to receive frequency information indicating an uplink operating frequency for the uplink signal in response to the PRACH transmission; and
