1. A physiological monitor for monitoring fluid responsiveness of a subject, comprising:

  • an input configured to receive a physiological signal; and

    a fluid responsiveness parameter determination module configured to;

    receive the physiological signal;

    determine a parameter indicative of fluid responsiveness based on the physiological signal;

    receive respiration information of the subject;

    determine a correction factor of the parameter indicative of fluid responsiveness based on the respiration information; and

    determine a corrected parameter indicative of fluid responsiveness based on the parameter indicative of fluid responsiveness and the correction factor.
