CONTINUOUS DYNAMIC BOUNDARIES
First Claim
1. A method comprisingusing publicly available protocols with which any arbitrary system can comply to enable carriage on a publicly accessible network infrastructure of digital items that have been acquired using electronic systems at geographically separate acquisition places,the digital items including at least two real-time live non-fictional representations of one or more people and at least one other item of audio, video, data, or application, content, the digital items including elements of a current presentation on the device.through the publicly accessible network infrastructure, enabling selection, from among the digital items, of items for presentation to at least one recipient through an electronic device at a place other than at least one of the acquisition places, the selection being based on (a) at least one expressed interest or goal of the recipient, to whom the items will be presented, and (b) at least one variable boundary principle that depends on boundary preferences derived both from sources of the digital items and from the recipient, the variable boundary principle permitting at least one of the digital items to be used for presentation to the recipient and preventing at least one of the digital items from being used for presentation to the recipient,the selected digital items not being limited by a theme or concept of game or of a third party,dynamically and in real time blending at least two of the selected digital items into a dynamic construction to be presented on the electronic device, the dynamic construction including elements of a current presentation on the device,the real-time blending including segmenting the real-time live non-fictional representations to obtain two or more of the digital items, obtaining information about sizes and other characteristics of at least two of the digital items, and combining into a scene the digital items obtained by segmenting, the scene including background and foreground parts of the scene, the combining being based at least in part on the sizes and other characteristics of the digital items,in response to determining that the recipient is present at the electronic device, automatically and continuously presenting the dynamic construction on the electronic device, andas the recipient interacts with the dynamic construction, causing changes in the makeup of the dynamic construction in response to real-time interaction of the user or stored instructions of the user.

Abstract
Among other things, we describe a reality alternative to our physical reality, named the Expandaverse, that includes multiple digital realities that may be continuously created, broadcast, accessed, and used interactively. In what we call an Alternate Reality Teleportal Machine (ARTPM), some elements of the digital reality(ies) can be implemented using and providing functions that include: devices, architectures, processing, sensors, translation, speech recognition, remote controls, subsidiary devices usage, virtual Teleportals on alternate devices, presence, shared planetary life spaces, constructed digital realities, reality replacements, filtered views, data retrieval in constructed views, alternate realities machine(s), multiple identities, directories, controlled boundaries, life space metrics, boundaries switching, property protection, publishing/broadcasting, digital events, events location/joining, revenues, utility(ies), infrastructure, services, devices management, business systems, applications, consistent customizable user interface, active knowledge, optimizations, alerts, reporting, dashboards, switching to “best”, marketing and sales systems, improvement systems, user chosen goals, user management, governances, digital freedom from dictatorships, photography, and entertainment.

504. A method comprising
using publicly available protocols with which any arbitrary system can comply to enable carriage on a publicly accessible network infrastructure of commercial digital items that have been acquired using electronic systems at geographically separate acquisition places, the commercial digital items including at least two real-time live non-fictional representations of one or more people and including other items of audio, video, images, content, messages, data, application, advertising, or CGI content, the commercial digital items including commercial elements of a current presentation on the device, through the publicly accessible network infrastructure, enabling selection, from among the commercial digital items, of items for presentation to at least one recipient through an electronic device at a place other than at least one of the acquisition places, the selection being based on (a) at least one expressed commercial interest or goal of the recipient to whom the items will be presented, and (b) at least one variable commercial boundary principle that depends on boundary preferences derived both from sources of the digital items and from the recipient, the variable boundary principle permitting at least one of the commercial digital items to be used for presentation to the recipient and preventing at least one of the commercial digital items from being used for presentation to the recipient, the selected commercial digital items not being limited by a theme or concept of a game or of a third-party, dynamically and in real time blending at least two of the selected commercial digital items into a dynamic construction to be presented on the electronic device, the dynamic construction including elements of a current presentation on the device, the real-time blending including segmenting the real-time live non-fictional representations to obtain two or more of the digital items, obtaining information about sizes and other characteristics of at least two of the digital items, and combining into a scene the digital items obtained by segmenting, the scene including background and foreground parts of the scene, the combining being based at least in part on the sizes and other characteristics of the digital items, enabling the recipient to define characteristics of the commercial dynamic construction, in which the defined characteristics are changed by at least one of: - manually, automatically, by vendors, and by an authorized third-party,
in response to determining that the recipient is present at the electronic device, automatically and continuously presenting and updating the dynamic construction on the electronic device, and as the user interacts with the dynamic construction, causing changes in the makeup of the dynamic construction in response to real-time interaction of the user or stored instructions of the user, identifying and transmitting the recipient'"'"'s uses and interactions with the commercial digital items, and compensating the recipient for a defined value of the continuous presenting and updating of the commercial dynamic construction, in which the compensation is based on at least one of;
a volume of exposures, uses, responses, interactions, or steps with the commercial digital items.
