Abstract

A lawn mower light for providing illumination while mowing a lawn in low visibility conditions. The lawn mower light is configured to be removably mounted to a lawn mower deck and includes a base having a fastener, such as a magnet on an underside thereof configured to removably affix the lawn mower light to a lawn mower deck. The base also includes a centrally located shaft having a head portion pivotally affixed thereon. The head portion includes a lighting assembly configured to provide illumination. The lighting assembly includes a power source, an activation switch, and a plurality of light sources. One of the plurality of light sources is disposed on a center point on the head portion, wherein the remaining plurality of light sources are disposed radially therearound.

Claims

1. ) A lawn mower light, comprising:

a base having a fastener configured to allow a user to removably mount said base to a lawn mower;

a shaft comprising a first end affixed to said base and a second end having a head portion thereon;

wherein said head portion includes a lighting assembly configured to produce light in order to illuminate an area adjacent to said lawn mower.

2. ) The lawn mower light of claim 1, wherein said fastener comprises a magnet.

3. ) The lawn mower light of claim 1, wherein said shaft comprises a pair of arms on said second end, and wherein said head portion is pivotally affixed to said pair of arms such that said head portion can pivot into various angles.

4. ) The lawn mower light of claim 1, wherein said shaft extends upwardly and perpendicularly from said base.

5. ) The lawn mower light of claim 1, wherein said lighting assembly includes a power source, an activation switch, and a plurality of light sources.

6. ) The lawn mower light of claim 5, wherein said plurality of light sources comprise LEDs.

7. ) A lawn mower light, comprising:

a base having a magnetic fastener on an underside thereof adapted to be removably fastened to a deck of a lawnmower;

a shaft having a first end affixed to said base and a second end having a pair of arcuate arms;

a head portion pivotally affixed to said pair of arcuate arms, wherein said head portion comprises a lighting assembly;

wherein said lighting assembly comprises a plurality of light sources arranged on a front surface of said head portion.
