1. A system for monitoring quality of life of a subject, comprising:

  • a physiological sensor unit configured to generate measured data based on received signals reflected from the subject; and

    instructions stored in a non-transitory computer readable storage medium that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to;

    collect subjective data from the subject, wherein the subjective data comprises sleep quality data; and

    calculate a quality of life index on the basis of the measured data and subjective data;

    wherein the quality of life index is used to generate a recommendation for the subject, the recommendation including information related to at least one of use of medication and one or more behavioral interventions for the subject.
