- a flexible base layer having an active area and an inactive area, the active area including a plurality of pixels with one or more organic light-emitting diodes;
a first wire trace and a second wire trace positioned adjacent to each other on the flexible base layer, each of the first wire trace and the second wire trace including a trace of a conductive line covered with at least one insulation layer patterned according to the trace of the respective conductive line, wherein a space between the first wire trace and the second wire trace is free of said insulation layer patterned according to the traces of the conductive lines.
