1. A device for treating a region of the body of a patient having a cutaneous ulcer, comprising:

  • a hydrogel, hydrocolloid, hydrocellular or hydrofiber primary dressing, impregnated with treprostinil, that can be shaped to the contours of the region to be treated;

    a first electrode, in contact with the primary dressing;

    a second electrode, at a distance from the first electrode;

    a DC generator, the terminals of which are connected to the first and second electrodes, the cathode and the anode respectively forming an active electrode and a passive electrode for iontophoresis, so as to cause treprostinil to migrate by cathodal iontophoresis into the region to be treated.
