a computer system communicatively coupled to the agent support system and the expert support system, wherein the computer system includesa non-transitory memory device for storing computer readable program code, anda processor device in communication with the memory device, the processor device being operative with the computer readable program code to perform steps includingreceiving, from the agent support system, the image data,sending, to the expert support system, the image data,receiving, from the expert support system, safety assessment information determined based on the image data, andproviding a report based at least in part on the safety assessment information.

Abstract
Disclosed herein is a framework for facilitating virtual safety assessment. In accordance with one aspect, the framework receives image data of an environment to be assessed for safety from an agent support system. The framework sends such image data to an expert support system and receives safety assessment information from the expert support system determined based on the image data. The framework then provides a report based at least in part on such safety assessment information.
