Abstract

A mineral material processing plant includes a frame, and a crusher and a screen which are supported on the frame, and a conveyor which is, in an operation position, arranged to discharge material which is fed into the plant to said crusher or screen. The conveyor includes separate first conveyor and second conveyor which are connectable successively to a transport connection, and the first conveyor is arranged to be moved to a transport position mainly to a first side of the crusher, and the second conveyor is fixed above the screen to be moved with the screen to the transport position mainly to a second side of the crusher. A method for operating a processing plant is also disclosed.

Claims

1. A mineral material processing plant which comprises a frame, and a crusher and a screen which are supported on the frame, and a conveyor which is, in an operation position, arranged to discharge material which is fed into the plant to said crusher or screen, wherein the conveyor comprises separate first conveyor and second conveyor which are connectable successively to a transport connection;

and

the first conveyor is arranged to be moved to a transport position mainly to a first side of the crusher; and

the second conveyor is fixed above the screen to be moved with the screen to the transport position mainly to a second side of the crusher.

2. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein a movable support. of the second conveyor comprises a four-bar linkage mechanism, and pivot points of the four-bar linkage mechanism are arranged in support arms which are fixed pivotably in connection with the screen, and the second conveyor is arranged to move farther from the crusher and closer to the crusher by the movement of the four-bar linkage.

The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein a support of the screen on the frame of the processing plant comprises a first support arm and a second support arm which support arms are fixed at a distance from each other and pivotably at first pivot points in connection with the screen and pivotably at second pivot points in connection with the frame, forming a movable first four-bar linkage mechanism.

The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein the support of the second conveyor comprises a third support arm and a fourth support arm which support arms are fixed at a distance from each other and pivotably at third pivot points in connection with the conveyor above the screen and pivotably at fourth pivot points in connection with the screen. forming a movable second four-bar linkage mechanism.

5. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein a starting end of the first conveyor is mounted fixedly to the flame and an end of the first conveyor is arranged to pivote substantially to the horizontal position.

6. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein a discharge point of the second conveyor is arranged at the centre line of the screen viewed in the width direction of the screen.

The processing plant according to claim 3, wherein the four-bar linkage mechanism further comprises a controllable actuator which is configured to decrease an area formed by the pivot points of the four-bar linkage mechanism therebetween to move the second conveyor farther from the crusher and to increase the area formed by the pivot points therebetween to move said conveyor closer to the crusher.

The processing plant according to claim 2, wherein the support of the second conveyor comprises a four-bar linkage mechanism at both longitudinal sides of the screen and a controllable actuator belonging to said four-bar linkage mechanism such as an expandable and retractable hydraulic cylinder.

9. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein the second conveyor is feedable above the crusher by the first conveyor.

10. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein the second conveyor is arranged to move in the longitudinal direction of the crusher by the movement of the four-bar linkage mechanism.

11. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein the processing plant is configured to teed the crusher by the first conveyor hen the second conveyor is moved in the longitudinal direction of the screen away from a feed connection of the first conveyor.

The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein the crusher comprises a feed hopper of the crusher which feed hopper comprises an open pivotable side, and a discharge end of the first conveyor is located in a transport position in between sides of the feed hopper via the open pivotable side.

13. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein the first conveyor and the second conveyor are arranged to be moved substantially parallel in relation to each other inside the transport height.

14. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein the second conveyor is arranged to pivote in a substantially horizontal position inside the transport height by the movement of a first four-bar linkage mechanism.

15. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein the second conveyor is arranged to move closer to the screen inside the transport height by the movement of a second four-bar linkage mechanism.

16. The processing plant according to claim 1, wherein the processing plant is a movable screening and crushing plant.

17. A method for operating a mineral material processing plant which comprises a frame, and a crusher and a screen which are supported on the frame, and a conveyor, and in an operation position, transporting and discharging by the conveyor to said crusher or screen material which is fed into the plant, wherein the conveyor comprises separate first conveyor and second conveyor which are connectable successively to a transport connection:

and

moving the first conveyor to a transport position mainly to a first side of the crusher; and

moving the second conveyor with the screen to the transport position mainly to a second side of the crusher, wherein the second conveyor is fixed above the screen.

18. The method according to claim 17, wherein a movable support of the second conveyor comprises a four-bar linkage mechanism;

and pivot points of the four-bar linkage mechanism are arranged in support arms which are fixed pivotably in connection with the screen; and

moving the second conveyor farther from the crusher and closer to the crusher by the movement of the four-bar linkage.

The method according to claim 17, wherein a support of the screen on the frame of the processing plant comprises a first support aril and a second support arm which support arms are fixed at a distance from each other and pivotably at first pivot points in connection with the screen and pivotably at second pivot points in connection with the frame;

forming a movable first four-bar linkage mechanism; and

moving the second conveyor and the screen in relation to the crusher by the first four-bar linkage mechanism.

The method according claim 17, wherein the support of the second. conveyor comprises a third support arm and a fourth support arm which support arms are fixed at a distance from each other and pivotably at third pivot points in connection with the conveyor above the screen and pivotably at fourth pivot points in connection with the screen;

forming a movable second four-bar linkage mechanism; and

moving the second conveyor in relation to the screen by the second four-bar linkage mechanism.

21. The method according, to claim 17, comprising pivoting an end of the first conveyor substantially to a horizontal transport position.

The method according to claim 17, comprising decreasing by an actuator which is acting to a four-bar linkage mechanism an area formed by pivot points of the four-bar linkage mechanism therebetween to move the second conveyor farther from the crusher to the transport position and increasing the area formed by the pivot points therebetween to move said conveyor closer to the crusher to the operation position.

23. The method according to claim 17, comprising feeding the second conveyor above the crusher by the first conveyor.

24. The method according to claim 17, comprising moving the second conveyor in the longitudinal direction of the screen by moving a four-bar linkage mechanism.

25. The method according to claim 17, comprising moving the second conveyor in the longitudinal direction of the screen away from a feed connection of the first conveyor;

and feeding the crusher by the first conveyor.
