Abstract

Systems and methods are disclosed indexing digital content. The method may include receiving a plurality of pieces of digital content from a plurality of sources and identifying a time stamp associated with each piece of digital content. The method may also include associating the digital content together into groups based on the time stamps. Moreover, the method may include providing access to the associated digital content.

Claims

1. A method for indexing digital content, comprising:

receiving a plurality of pieces of digital content from a plurality of sources;

identifying a time stamp associated with each piece of digital content;

associating the digital content together into groups based on the time stamps; and

providing access to the associated digital content.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the digital content includes images and video.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the digital content relates to sporting events.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the digital content is received at a cloud infrastructure over one or more network connections.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the plurality of pieces of digital content comprise plays within a sporting event.

6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:

obtaining, for each of the plurality of pieces of digital content, game data describing the play;

indexing the game data into a database for each of the plurality of pieces of digital content; and

associating the digital content together based on the time stamps and the game data.

7. A system for indexing digital content, comprising:

one or more interfaces configured to receive a plurality of pieces of digital content from a plurality of sources over a network connection; and

one or more processors configured to;

identify a time stamp associated with each piece of digital content;

associate the digital content together into groups based on the time stamps; and

provide access to the associated digital content.

8. The system of claim 7, wherein the digital content includes images and video.

9. The system of claim 7, wherein the digital content relates to sporting events.

10. The system of claim 7, wherein the interface and the processor are provided in a cloud infrastructure.

11. The system of claim 7, wherein the plurality of pieces of digital content comprise plays within a sporting event.

12. The system of claim 7, wherein the processor is further configured to:

obtain, for each of the plurality of pieces of digital content, game data describing the play;

index the game data into a database for each of the plurality of pieces of digital content; and

associate the digital content together based on the time stamps and the game data.

13. A computer-readable medium comprising instructions which, when executed by a processor, perform a method comprising:

receiving a plurality of pieces of digital content from a plurality of sources;

identifying a time stamp associated with each piece of digital content;

associating the digital content together into groups based on the time stamps; and

providing access to the associated digital content.

14. The computer-readable medium of claim 13, wherein the digital content includes images and video.

15. The computer-readable medium of claim 13, wherein the digital content relates to sporting events.

16. The computer-readable medium of claim 13, wherein the digital content is received at a cloud infrastructure over one or more network connections.

17. The computer-readable medium of claim 13, wherein the plurality of pieces of digital content comprise plays within a sporting event.

18. The computer-readable medium of claim 17, further comprising instructions which, when executed by the processor:

obtain, for each of the plurality of pieces of digital content, game data describing the play;

index the game data into a database for each of the plurality of pieces of digital content;

associate the digital content together based on the time stamps and the game data.
