control the functioning of the mechanical component according to instructions in a work order file,receive data representative of the current geolocation from the location determining element, andretrieve from an external electronic device that includes a plurality of work order files, at least one work order file associated with the current geolocation.

The control system controls the functioning of the mechanical component and includes a location determining element, a communication element, a memory element, and a processing element. The location determining element determines a current geolocation of the agricultural machine. The communication element communicates wirelessly with external electronic devices. The memory element stores work order files. The processing element controls the functioning of the mechanical component according to instructions in a work order file, receives the current geolocation from the location determining element, and retrieves from an external electronic device that includes a plurality of work order files at least one work order file associated with the current geolocation.
