wherein the protection layer comprises a polymer composition and a plurality of electrically conductive metal oxide particles, andwherein the polymer composition is a product of a curing reaction of a multifunctional spherical dendrimer, a first multifunctional acryl compound comprising a urethane bond, and a second multifunctional acryl compound comprising a silicon-containing group and a fluorine-containing group.
