Abstract

A mobile group-buying system and its implementing method comprises a group-buying server and a plurality of mobile communication devices. Each of the mobile communication device is individually installed a group-buying APP the execution of which can allow at least two mobile group-buying devices to be connected together to form a group-buying group. Further, initiator of the buying group can create a group-buying information through the group-buying APP, and the group-buying information is issued to each participant of the buying group so as to perform group-buying. Furthermore, the group-buying server records group-buying behavior of each mobile communication device and generates a group-buying record list. Thus, the present invention enables users actively launch a group-buying to specific commodity, so as to improve the problem of limitation on commodity selection imposed in conventional group-buying system.

Claims

1. A mobile group-buying system, comprising:

a group-buying server, having a group-buying transceiving module which transmits and receives a group-buying information;

a plurality of mobile communication devices respectively connected to the group-buying server through interne;

each of said mobile communication devices has a device identification code and a group-buying APP installed therein;

said group-buying APP has a buying group set-up module, a group-buying information creating module and a group-buying information transmitting module;

said buying group set-up module allows one said mobile communication device to form a buying group with another mobile communication device by said device identification code;

said group-buying information creating module allows said mobile communication device to create said group-buying information; and

said group-buying information is sent to said group-buying server through said group-buying information transmitting module of said mobile communication device and is issued to another said mobile communication device within said buying group by said group-buying information transceiving module.

2. The mobile group-buying system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said group-buying server further has a group-buying information recording module and a buying group recording module;

said group-buying information recording module records group-buying behavior of each of said mobile communication devices and generates a group-buying record list, while said buying group recording module records at least one buying group and generates a buying group list.

3. The mobile group-buying system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said device identification code is any one selected from the group containing a mobile phone number, an international mobile equipment identity (IMEI) and a self-defined account, or the combination thereof.

4. A mobile group-buying system, comprising:

at least one mobile communication device having a device identification code and a group-buying APP installed therein;

said group-buying APP having a buying group set-up module, a group-buying information creating module and a group-buying information transmitting module in which said buying group set-up module allows one said mobile communication device to form a buying group with another mobile communication device by said device identification code;

said group-buying information creating module allows said mobile communication device to create said group-buying information;

a group-buying server having a group-buying transceiving module which transmits and receives a group-buying information; and

a group-buying information recording module which records group-buying behavior of each of said mobile communication devices and generates a group-buying record list; and

a group-buying platform which is connected to said group-buying server by internet;

said group-buying server has an analyzing module, a personalized recommending module and a group-buying commodity database;

said group-buying commodity database has at least one group-buying commodity and a commodity data list stored therein;

said analyzing module analyzes said group-buying record list and said commodity data list so as to generate a personalized analysis result;

said personalized recommending module recommends according to said personalized analysis result at least one said group-buying commodity to each of said mobile communication devices.

5. The mobile group-buying system as claimed in claim 4, wherein said device identification code is any one selected from the group containing a mobile phone number, an international mobile equipment identity (IMEI) and a self-defined account, or the combination thereof.

6. An implementing method of mobile group-buying system, comprising the following steps:

a buying group set-up step;

a mobile communication device having a device identification code executes a group-buying APP, and sends an invitation of a group-buying through the group set-up module after inputting another device identification code, so that another said mobile communication device having said another device identification code, after accepting the invitation, and said mobile communication device form the members of the buying group respectively;

a group-buying information creating step;

after the set-up of a buying group is finished, said mobile communication device creates a group-buying information by executing a group-buying information creating module of said group-buying APP, at least one said group-buying information is listed on said group-buying APP of said mobile communication device;

a group-buying information transmitting step;

after said group-buying information is accomplished, said mobile communication device issues said group-buying information to said buying group by the group-buying information transmitting module of the group-buying APP, so as to allow said another mobile communication device conducting group-buying.

The implementing method of mobile group-buying system as claimed in claim 6, wherein said group-buying information is sent to said group-buying server and is received by said group-buying information transceiving module of said group-buying server, and then is transmitted to another said mobile communication device.

8. The implementing method of mobile group-buying system as claimed in claim 6, further comprises one step after the completion of said group-buying information transmitting step:

a group-buying information recording step;

a group-buying information recording module of said group-buying server will record the group-buying behavior of each mobile communication device, in which a group personnel recording unit of said group-buying information recording module records whether said mobile communication device is the group sponsor or a group participant, while a group commodity recording unit of said group-buying information recording module records a commodity launched or purchased by said mobile communication device, and a group-buying record list is generated.

9. The implementing method of mobile group-buying system as claimed in claim 8, further comprises one step after the completion of said group-buying information recording step:

an analyzing step;

said mobile communication device is connected to a group-buying platform, an analyzing module of said group-buying platform will capture said device identification code of said mobile communication device and analyze said group-buying record list of said group-buying server;

simultaneously, said analyzing module also analyzes a commodity data list of a group-buying commodity database of said group-buying platform and generates a personalized analysis result.

10. The implementing method of mobile group-buying system as claimed in claim 9, further comprises one step after the completion of said analyzing step:

a personalized recommendation step;

after analysis is finished by said analyzing module of said group-buying platform, a personalized recommending module, according to said personalized analysis result, recommends at least one commodity stored in said group-buying commodity database for browsing by said mobile communication device.
