Abstract

The communication module includes a housing, an element disposed in the housing and generates electric power by a wireless system by induced electricity, a communication circuit that operates based on electric power generated by the element, and a sheet member disposed between the housing and the element and having thermal conductivity and electrical insulation.

Claims

1. A communication module comprising:

a housing,

an element disposed in the housing and generates induced electromotive force by a wireless system,

a communication circuit that operates based on electric power generated by the element, and

a sheet member disposed between the housing and the element and having thermal conductivity and electric insulation.

2. The communication module according to claim 1, wherein the sheet member is formed from a resin composition containing thermal conductive particles and a resin component.

3. The communication module according to claim 2, wherein the thermal conductive particles are boron nitride.

4. The communication module according to claim 3, wherein the boron nitride has a flat shape.

5. The communication module according to claim 2, wherein the resin component contains epoxy resin, phenol resin, and acrylic resin.

6. The communication module according to claim 1, wherein the sheet member has a thermal conductivity in the surface direction of 30 W/m·

K or more.

7. The communication module according to claim 1, wherein the communication module is a mobile device.
