- a detection unit which detects user'"'"'s touch;
a moving speed calculating unit which calculates a moving speed from a moving distance and a travel time of a detection position detected by said detection unit; and
a page sending unit which sends a plurality of pieces of data while sending said pieces of data one after another, whereinsaid page sending unit indicates said pieces of data while sending said pieces of data at a page sending speed decided in advance, determines a deceleration rate according to said moving speed calculated by said moving speed calculating unit, and indicates said pieces of data while decelerating said page sending speed gradually,a high deceleration rate is selected when said calculated moving speed is faster than a first threshold value, and a low deceleration rate is selected when said calculated moving speed is slower than a second threshold value, andsaid page sending speed decided in advance is independent of said moving speed.

the program making a computer execute processing, comprising: -
