1. An electronic device comprising:
- a sensor module configured to detect one or more pieces of sensor data corresponding to a motion of the electronic device;
at least one processor electrically connected with the sensor module; and
a memory communicatively coupled with the at least one processor, and stores instructions that, when executed configure the at least one processor to;
receive notification from the sensor module that the sensor data is detected;
identify whether or not there is a motion pattern corresponding to the detected one or more pieces of sensor data in the memory; and
create a motion pattern based on at least a portion of the detected one or more pieces of sensor data according to whether or not there is the motion pattern corresponding to the detected one or more pieces of sensor data.

Abstract
An apparatus and a method for providing a motion recognition service in an electronic device. The electronic device may include: a sensor module configured to detect one or more pieces of sensor data corresponding to the motion of the electronic device, at least one processor that is electrically connected with the sensor module, and a non-transitory memory that is electrically connected with the processor. The non-transitory memory stores instructions that when executed by the processor detect the one or more pieces of sensor data by using the sensor module. The processor identifies whether or not there is a motion pattern corresponding to the sensor data in the memory, and creates a motion pattern based on at least some of the sensor data according to whether or not the motion pattern corresponding to the one or more pieces of sensor data exists.

13. An operating method of an electronic device, the method comprising:
