Abstract

A detecting device is mounted in a parking lot including parking regions, and can communicate with a cloud server and one mobile terminal entering the parking lot. The cloud server stores an electronic map of the parking lot. The detecting device includes a distance sensor and a positioning device. The distance sensor detects occupied information of each parking space of each parking region and transmits the occupied information to the cloud server. The positioning device detects an original location of one mobile terminal entering the parking lot and transmits the original location to the cloud server, so that the cloud server can update the electronic map to indicate the occupied information and the original location.

Claims

1. A detecting device mounted in a parking lot including a plurality of parking regions, the detecting device capable of communicating with a cloud server and at least one mobile terminal in the parking lot, the cloud server storing an electronic map of the parking lot, the detecting device comprising:

a distance sensor configured to detect an occupied information of each parking space of each of the plurality of parking regions and transmit the occupied information to the cloud server;

a positioning device configured to detect an original location of one of the at least one mobile terminal once the mobile terminal enters the parking lot and transmit the original location to the cloud server so that the cloud server can update the electronic map to indicate the occupied information and the original location; and

a communication device configured to receive update data for the electronic map with the occupied information and the original location.

2. The detecting device of claim 1, wherein the distance sensor comprises:

a plurality of ultrasonic sensors each being mounted in one parking region and including an ultrasonic transmitter and a corresponding ultrasonic receiver, wherein the ultrasonic transmitter is configured to transmit ultrasonic signals to each parking space of the parking region in which the ultrasonic sensor is mounted to, the corresponding ultrasonic receiver is configured to receive the ultrasonic signals being reflected; and

a processor configured to control each ultrasonic transmitter to transmit the ultrasonic signals, record a transmitting time of transmitting the ultrasonic signals and a receiving time of receiving the ultrasonic signals, calculate a time duration according to a difference between the transmitting time and the receiving time, and determine the occupied information of each parking space according to the time duration.

3. The detecting device of claim 1, wherein the positioning device comprises:

a plurality of beacon devices each mounted in one parking region and configured to transmit BLUETOOTH signals which include an identifier of the beacon device and a received signal strength indicator, to allow each mobile terminal to simultaneously receive BLUETOOTH signals from at least three beacon devices once the mobile terminal enters the parking lot; and

a positioner configured to receive an identification code of the mobile terminal, identifiers of the at least three beacon devices, and received signal strength indicators of the BLUETOOTH signals from the mobile terminal, determine a distance between the mobile terminal and each of the at least three beacon devices according to the identifier of the beacon device and the corresponding received signal strength indicator, determine the original location of the mobile terminal in the parking lot accordingly, and transmit the original location of the mobile terminal to the cloud server.

A detecting device mounted in a parking lot including a plurality of parking regions, the detecting device capable of communicating with a cloud server and at least one mobile terminal entering the parking lot, the cloud server storing an electronic map of the parking lot, the detecting device comprising:

a distance sensor configured to detect an occupied information of each parking space of each of the plurality of parking regions and transmit the occupied information to the cloud server;

a positioning device configured to detect a real-time location of one mobile terminal after the mobile terminal enters the parking lot and transmit the real-time location of the mobile terminal to the cloud server so that the cloud server can update the electronic map to indicate the occupied information and the real-time location each time the cloud server receives the real-time location; and

a communication device configured to receive update data for the electronic map with the occupied information and the real-time location.

5. A cloud server capable of communicating with a detecting device mounted in a parking lot and at least one mobile terminal entering the parking lot, the parking lot including a plurality of parking regions, the cloud server comprising:

a memory storing an electronic map of the parking lot, the electronic map displaying at least one parking space of each of the plurality of parking region and an identification information of each parking space; and

a processor configured to update the electronic map to indicate an occupied information when the cloud server receives the occupied information from the detecting device, update the electronic map to indicate an original location of the mobile terminal when the cloud server receives the original location from the detecting device, and transmit the electronic map with the occupied information and the original location to the detecting device or the mobile terminal.

The cloud server of claim 5, wherein the processor is further configured to update the occupied information of a target parking space displayed on the electronic map when the cloud server receives an identification code of the mobile terminal and an identification information of the target parking space in the first time, and add the identification code of the mobile terminal to the target parking space displayed on the electronic map.

7. The cloud server of claim 6, wherein the processor is further configured to delete the original location of the mobile terminal displayed on the electronic map.

The cloud server of claim 6, wherein the processor is further configured to update the electronic map to indicate a current location of the mobile terminal when the detecting device transmits the current location to the cloud server, and transmit the electronic map with the current location of the mobile terminal and the identification information on the target parking space to the mobile terminal.

The cloud server of claim 8, wherein the processor is further configured to update the occupied information of the target parking space displayed on the electronic map when the cloud server receives a same identification code of the mobile terminal and a same identification information of the target parking space, and delete the identification code of the mobile terminal displayed on the electronic map.

A parking space managing system applied between a detecting device and a cloud server, the detecting device mounted in a parking lot including a plurality of parking regions and capable of communicating with the cloud server and at least one mobile terminal entering the parking lot, the parking space managing system comprising:

a distance sensor executed by the detecting device to detect an occupied information of each parking space of each of the plurality of parking regions and transmit the occupied information to the cloud server;

a memory executed by the cloud server for storing an electronic map of the parking lot;

a processor executed by the cloud server to update the electronic map to indicate the occupied information; and

a positioning device executed by the detecting device to detect an original location of one of the at least one mobile terminal when the mobile terminal enters the parking lot and transmit the original location of the mobile terminal to the cloud server;

the processor further configured to update the electronic map to indicate the original location and transmit the electronic map with the occupied information and the original location to the detecting device or the mobile terminal.
