404. A nasal delivery device for delivering a substance to a nasal airway of a subject, comprising:

a nosepiece unit configured to fit in a nostril of the subject, the nosepiece unit including a nozzle through which the substance is delivered to the nasal airway of the subject; a mouthpiece unit configured to fit in a mouth of the subject and receive a flow of exhalation breath from the subject, whereby exhalation by the subject causes closure of a oropharyngeal velum of the subject; a flow channel fluidly connecting the nosepiece unit and the mouthpiece unit, whereby exhalation breath flows from the mouthpiece unit through the fluid channel and out of the nosepiece unit; at least one cuff member, which includes at least one lobe, configured to extend into a region of the nasal cavity of the subject and engage an inner wall of the nasal cavity of the subject when fitted in the nasal cavity of the subject; and a delivery unit for delivering the substance through the nozzle of the nosepiece unit. - View Dependent Claims (405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411, 412, 413, 414, 415, 416, 417, 418, 419, 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 426, 427, 428, 429, 430)
