- a) receiving a sample comprised in a sample container in at least one module for receiving and dispensing samples to be analyzed;
b) transporting a first consumable for isolating an analyte comprised in said sample from a stacker to said at least one module for receiving and dispensing samples to be analyzed with a transport module;
c) dispensing said sample into said first consumable for isolating an analyte comprised in said sample;
d) transporting said first consumable for isolating an analyte comprised in said sample with said transport module from said at least one module for receiving and dispensing samples to be analyzed to at least one module for isolating said analyte to be analyzed;
e) isolating said analyte in said at least one module for isolating said analyte to be analyzed; and
f) analyzing said analyte in at least one module for analyzing said analyte.
