Abstract

An electrical hand-held device for body treatment, having a treatment part for performing at least one electrically operated body treatment function, and having a handle body for holding the hand-held device. The hand-held device further includes an electronic component for controlling the at least one electrically operated body treatment function. The electronic component contains a data transmission module for wireless, bidirectional data transmission. The data transmission module includes a microcontroller, at least one memory for storing data, and an antenna, wherein the data transmission module is designed to produce, in a contact-free manner, at least some of the electrical energy which is required for operation of said data transmission module.

Claims

1. An electrical hand-held device for body care, with a care part for carrying out at least one electrically operated body care function and with a grip body for holding the hand-held device, moreover comprising an electronics part for the control of the at least one electrically operated body care function,

wherein

the electronics part comprises a data transmission module for the wireless, bidirectional data transmission, and the data transmission module comprises:

a microcontroller,

at least one memory for storing data and

an antenna

wherein the data transmission module is designed so as to obtain at least a part of the electrical energy necessary for its operation, in a contact-free manner.

2. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the data transmission module is designed so as to obtain at least a part of the electric energy necessary for its operation, via electromagnetic waves which are received by the antenna.

3. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the data transmission module is designed for a data transmission according to near-field communication technology.

4. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the data transmission module comprises a permanent memory.

5. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the electronics part comprises a further microcontroller for the control of the electric body care function.

6. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the hand-held device comprises an electrical functional element for carrying out the electrically operated body care function.

7. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 6, wherein the electrical functional element is:

an electromotoric drive for the mechanical movement of a body care element, such as brush or cutting device;

an electrical heater for heating a body care element;

a UV device for producing UV light for the disinfection of the hand-held device or parts thereof;

a pump for delivering a fluid or

an ionisation device.

A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the hand-held device comprises an electromotoric drive for actuating the care part, said drive being controlled via the electronics part, and the electromotoric drive and the antenna of the data transmission module are arranged at a distance to one another of at least 2 cm, in the grip body.

9. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 8, wherein the electromotoric drive is arranged in an upper section of the grip body which faces the care part, and the antenna of the data transmission module is arranged in a lower section of the grip body which is away from the care part.

10. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the grip body comprises a housing, and the antenna of the data transmission module is integrated:

directly on the inner side of the housing wall, or

directly on the outer side of the housing wall, or

between two layers of a housing wall which is constructed in a multi-layered manner, or

is integrated into the housing wall.

11. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the hand-held device for body care is an electrical toothbrush.

12. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the hand-held device for body care is a facial care device.

13. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the hand-held device for body care is a body care device.

14. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein in that the hand-held device for body care is a device of the following group of hand-held devices:

a wet shaver

an electrical shaver

a mascara applicator or

an oral irrigator.

15. A hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, wherein the electronics part is designed for data from the data processing and control processor and/or data from the mobile device to be able to be stored on the non-volatile memory of the data transmission module.

16. A hand-held device according to claim 1, wherein the hand-held device is designed to transmit data onto the mobile device, by way of actuating a key or a mechanical switch such as on/off switch, on the hand-held device.

17. A hand-held device according to claim 1, wherein the hand-held device is designed to communicate with different communication means, in particular with a mobile device, in different directions.

18. A hand-held device according to claim 1, wherein an opto-electronic code, such as QR code is attached on the body care part or body care element, and this code comprises coded information which can be read out by the mobile device.

19. A functional unit comprising:

a hand-held device for body care according to claim 1, and

an electronic mobile device wherein the electronic mobile device comprises an active transmitting and receiving unit for the bidirectional, wireless data transmission between the hand-held device and the mobile device.

20. A functional unit according to claim 19, comprising

a charging device for the contact-free charging of the hand-held device for body care, wherein the charging device comprises a data transmission module for the unidirectional or bidirectional, wireless data transmission between the data transmission module of the hand-held device and the data transmission module of the charging device.

21. A functional unit according to claim 20, wherein

the transmitting and receiving unit of the electronic mobile device is designed for the unidirectional or bidirectional, wireless data transmission between the charging device and the mobile device, and

the data transmission module of the charging device is designed for the unidirectional or bidirectional wireless data transmission between the mobile device and the charging device.

22. A functional unit according to claim 19, wherein the hand-held device and the mobile device are designed to communicate with one another, in different directions with different communication means.

23. A method for operating an electrical hand-held device by way of a mobile device, wherein body care parameters and/or body care programs are transmitted in a wireless manner onto the hand-held device via a software application operated on the mobile device.

24. A method according to claim 23, wherein operating data of the hand-held device is received in a wireless manner by the mobile device and evaluated by the software application operated thereon.

25. A method according to claim 23, wherein sensor data of the hand-held device is received by the mobile device in a wireless manner and evaluated by the software application which is operated thereon.

26. A method according to claim 23, wherein at least one picture recording or video recording of the body location to be treated, such as skin portion, teeth or gums is created by way of a camera installed in the mobile device, and the at least one picture recording or video recording is evaluated via a software application, and suitable body care parameters or body care programs are determined on the basis of the evaluation and via the mobile device are suggested to the user or transmitted onto the hand-held device, or body care hints or other information is communicated to the user via the mobile device.
