Abstract

A power control system includes an acquisition unit that acquires information indicating the amount of power demand that is used by a consumer according to predetermined information that prompts adjustment of the power demand, and a control unit that controls a predetermined apparatus in accordance with a target demand amount and the information indicating the power demand amount.

Claims

1. A power control system comprising:

acquisition means that acquires information indicating the amount of power demand that is used by consumers that accords with predetermined information that prompts adjustment of power demand; and

control means that controls predetermined apparatuses according to information indicating said amount of power demand and a target demand amount.

3. The power control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein said control means transmits said predetermined information that was generated based on said target demand amount to an apparatus control means that controls operation of specific apparatuses according to said predetermined information.

4. The power control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein:

said predetermined information is information that prompts adjustment of power demand within a predetermined time slot;

said acquisition means detects said power demand amount at each predetermined time within said predetermined time slot;

and said control means, for each said predetermined time, controls operation of said predetermined apparatuses that influence power demand to compensate for the difference between the total amount of said power demand and said target demand amount.

5. The power control system as set forth in claim 4, wherein said control means estimates said power demand amount in said predetermined time slot on the basis of said predetermined information at a time that precedes said predetermined time slot.

6. The power control system as set forth in claim 4, wherein said control means uses specific information that identifies said power demand amount according to said predetermined information to estimate said power demand amount in said predetermined time slot.

7. The power control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein said control means automatically controls load of said consumers on the basis of said predetermined information.

8. The power control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein said predetermined apparatuses are apparatuses on the consumer side.

9. The power control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein:

said predetermined apparatuses are storage cells;

said consumers include consumers having said storage cells and consumers that do not have said storage cells; and

said control means controls operation of said storage cells according to information indicating said power demand amount and said target demand amount.

10. The power control system as set forth in claim 5, wherein said control means adjusts charging amount of said storage cells according to the difference between the total amount of the power demand that was estimated and said target demand amount.

11. The power control system set forth in claim 1, wherein:

said predetermined apparatuses are storage cells;

said control means;

determines the necessary capacity of storage cells according to said power demand amount and said target demand amount, and

controls discharging or charging of said storage cells according to said necessary capacity.

12. The power control system as set forth in claim 9, wherein:

said consumers that do not have said storage cells have specific apparatuses and apparatus control means that controls operation of said specific apparatuses;

said predetermined information is power price information; and

said control means, when said apparatus control means automatically controls said specific apparatuses according to said power price information, estimates power consumption of said specific apparatuses on the basis of weather information and a standard power price.

13. The power control system as set forth in claim 9, wherein:

said consumers that do not have said storage cells have specific apparatuses and an apparatus control means that controls the operation of said specific apparatuses;

said predetermined information is power price information; and

said control means, when said apparatus control means controls said specific apparatuses in manual mode, estimates power consumption of said specific apparatuses on the basis of the operation history of said specific apparatuses, weather information, and a standard power price.

14. The power control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein:

the information that prompts adjustment of said power demand is power price information;

said predetermined apparatuses are storage cells; and

said control means, in addition to controlling said storage cells in accordance with said power demand amount and said target demand amount, adjusts said power price information.

15. The power control system as set forth in claim 9, wherein said control means, when determining total amount of power consumption that is used by consumers having said storage cells and consumers that do not have said storage cells, halts operation of said storage cells.

2. A power control system comprising:

acquisition means that, after predetermined information that prompts adjustment of power demand has been transmitted from a transmission source of said predetermined information, acquires the amount of power demand that is used by consumers; and

control means that uses predetermined apparatuses to compensate for the difference between the total amount of said power demand and a target demand amount.

16. A power control method comprising steps of:

acquiring information indicating the amount of power demand that is used by consumers that accords with predetermined information that prompts adjustment of power demand; and

controlling predetermined apparatuses according to information indicating said power demand amount and a target power amount.

17. A power control method comprising steps of:

after predetermined information that prompts adjustment of power demand has been transmitted from the transmission source of said predetermined information, acquiring the amount of power demand that is used by consumers; and

using predetermined apparatuses to compensate for the difference between the total amount of said power demand and a target demand amount.

18. A recording medium that can be read by a computer and on which a program is recorded for causing a computer to execute:

an acquisition procedure of acquiring information indicating the amount of power demand that is used by consumers that accords with predetermined information that prompts adjustment of power demand; and

a control procedure of controlling predetermined apparatuses according to information that indicates said power demand amount and a target demand amount.

19. A recording medium that can be read by a computer and on which a program is recorded for causing a computer to execute:

an acquisition procedure of, after predetermined information that prompts adjustment of power demand has been transmitted from the transmission source of said predetermined information, acquiring the amount of power demand that is used by consumers; and
