1. A computer readable non-transitory medium including instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processor(s) of a wireless charging device, cause the device to perform operations of:
- facilitating receipt of wireless power by a wireless device from a wireless charging device;
determining wireless power is no longer required by the wireless device; and
preventing the generation of at least one of a presence pulse or a long beacon extension request pulse by the wireless device in response to the wireless charging device.
