Abstract

A therapeutically effective composition for treating Alzheimer'"'"'s disease includes a pharmaceutically acceptable dosage form comprising melatonin, resveratrol, EGCG, and vitamin B12 combined in a therapeutically effective amount. A combinatorial treatment method for Alzheimer'"'"'s disease includes administering to a human having Alzheimer'"'"'s disease a therapeutically effective combination of melatonin, resveratrol, EGCG, and vitamin B12. A method of treating Alzheimer'"'"'s disease includes administering to a human having Alzheimer'"'"'s disease a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable dosage form comprising melatonin, resveratrol, EGCG, and vitamin B12.

Claims

1. A method of treating Alzheimer'"'"'s disease, the method comprising administering to a human having Alzheimer'"'"'s disease a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable dosage form comprising melatonin, resveratrol, EGCG, and vitamin B12.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the dosage form is suitable for topical administration to the patient.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein administering is achieved by applying the dosage form to the patient'"'"'s skin.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the dosage form comprises a solution of melatonin, resveratrol, EGCG, and vitamin B12.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the dosage form is suitable for injection into the patient

6. The method of claim 5, wherein administering is achieved by injecting the dosage form into the patient.

7. A combinatorial treatment method for Alzheimer'"'"'s disease, the combinatorial treatment method comprising administering to a human having Alzheimer'"'"'s disease a therapeutically effective combination of melatonin, resveratrol, EGCG, and vitamin B12.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the combination is in a dosage form is suitable for topical administration to the patient.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein administering is achieved by applying the dosage form to the patient'"'"'s skin.

10. The method of claim 7, wherein the combination is in a dosage form comprising a solution of melatonin, resveratrol, EGCG, and vitamin B12.

11. The method of claim 7, wherein the combination is in a dosage form suitable for injection into the patient

13. A therapeutically effective composition for treating Alzheimer'"'"'s disease, the composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable dosage form comprising melatonin, resveratrol, EGCG, and vitamin B12.

14. The composition of claim 13, wherein the dosage form is suitable for topical administration to the patient.

15. The composition of claim 13, wherein the dosage form comprises a solution of melatonin, resveratrol, EGCG, and vitamin B12.
