1. An in-cell touch panel, comprising:

  • a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite to each other, a pixel electrode layer disposed on one side of the second substrate facing the first substrate, and a touch detection chip, whereinthe pixel electrode layer includes a plurality of pixel electrodes and self-capacitance electrodes insulated from each other;

    the pixel electrodes are arranged in an array;

    a pattern of each self-capacitance electrode is disposed at a gap between two adjacent pixel electrodes; and

    the touch detection chip is configured to determine a touch position by detection of capacitance variation of the self-capacitance electrodes in a touch period.
