Abstract

A system for is provided for using telemetry data based on patient habit information or patient monitoring. One or more patient monitoring devices has a unique patient ID. The one or more monitoring devices acquire patient information selected from of at least one of, a patient'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and patient monitoring. ID circuitry is at the patient monitoring device. The ID circuitry includes ID storage, a communication system that reads and transmits the unique ID from an ID storage, a power source and a pathway system to route signals through the circuitry. An alarm is at the patient monitoring device that provides an alert only when the patient is in a wake-state. A telemetry system is in communication with the patient monitoring device. The telemetry system includes a database of patient ID'"'"'s.

Claims

1. A system for using telemetry data based on an individual, comprising:

a monitoring device with a microphone, an RF transmitter and at least two sensors selected from sensors to;

determine air quality, sound level/quality, light quality and ambient temperature near the individual;

an accelerometer configured or movement detection device to detect a user'"'"'s movement information, the accelerometer and monitoring system configured to provide information configured to assist to determine individual sleep information, insomnia or a psychiatric condition of the individual, the monitoring device including ID circuitry with an ID storage that contains a unique individual ID, the accelerometer or movement detection device configured to cause the microphone to stop recording the individual'"'"'s movement sounds when the movement sounds are not directed to sleep, insomnia or a psychiatric condition;

a telemetry system with a database of user ID'"'"'s and in communication with the monitoring device and the accelerometer, the sleep.

2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

a feedback control system or subsystem at the telemetry system.

3. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

a feedback control system or subsystem at the monitoring device.

4. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback control system or subsystem is standalone.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the monitoring device in operate communicates the feedback signal or alert to the individual.

6. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

a closed-loop system that provides control data to the monitoring device.

7. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

at least one of a audio device or display at the monitoring system to communicate the feedback to the individual.

8. The system of claim 1, wherein the telemetry system in operation compares a measured sensor signal from a sensor to a threshold level.

9. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation detects an amplitude or frequency of a measured sensor signal.

10. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation recognizes an intended alert pattern based on a morphology of a measured sensor signal.

11. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation analyzes a frequency power band of a measured sensor signal for correspondence to frequency and amplitude.

12. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation evaluates a measured sensor signal waveform for correspondence to a frequency or amplitude.

13. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation terminates a feedback signal or alert if a predetermined maximum alert duration has expired.

14. The system of claim 2, wherein when a maximum feedback signal or alert duration is not reached, the feedback signal or alert is held at current signal settings.

15. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation detects an amplitude or frequency of a measured sensor signal.

16. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation recognizes an intended alert pattern based on a morphology of a measured sensor signal.

17. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation analyzes a frequency power band of the measured sensor signal for correspondence to frequency and amplitude

18. The system of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation evaluates a measured sensor signal waveform for correspondence to a frequency or amplitude.

19. The system of claim 1, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation terminates the feedback signal or alert if a predetermined maximum alert duration has expired.

20. The system of claim 2, wherein when a maximum feedback signal or alert duration is not reached, the feedback signal or alert is held at current signal settings.
