1. A wearable patch for measuring electrical signals from a user'"'"'s body, comprising:

  • an elastomer matrix comprising a lower surface;

    a conductive circuit;

    a semiconductor chip in electric connection with the conductive circuit; and

    a lower electrode layer positioned at the lower surface of the elastomer matrix,wherein the lower electrode layer is in electric connection with the conductive circuit;

    a first adhesive layer on at least a portion of the lower surface of the elastomer matrix layer; and

    a layer of conductive gel below the lower electrode layer, wherein least a portion of the first adhesive layer is configured to be attached to a user'"'"'s skin, wherein the layer of conductive gel is configured to be in contact with the user'"'"'s skin to form an electric connection between the lower electrode layer and the user'"'"'s skin, which allows the lower electrode layer to pick up electric signals from the user'"'"'s body.
