Abstract

A cover for a vehicle may include a lower portion sized and configured to extend over a horizontally-oriented top of a bench of a vehicle seat. The cover may also include an upper portion coupled to the lower portion. The upper portion may be sized and configured to extend upwardly over a backrest of the vehicle seat. The upper portion may include a first section, a second section, and a third section. Each of the first section, the second section, and the third section may extend from an upper edge of the upper portion to the lower portion. The cover may include a first coupling mechanism and a second coupling mechanism. The first coupling mechanism may be configured to couple the first section to the second section. The second coupling mechanism may be configured to couple the second section and the third section.

Claims

1. A seat cover for a vehicle, comprising:

a lower portion sized and configured to extend over a horizontally-oriented top of a bench of a vehicle seat;

an upper portion coupled to the lower portion, wherein the upper portion is sized and configured to extend upwardly over a backrest of the vehicle seat, wherein the upper portion has a first section, a second section, and a third section, wherein each of the first section, the second section, and the third section extend from an upper edge of the upper portion to the lower portion;

a first coupling mechanism, wherein the first coupling mechanism is configured to couple the first section to the second section; and

a second coupling mechanism, wherein the second coupling mechanism is configured to couple the second section and the third section.

2. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the first section is configured to be folded on top of the lower portion independently of the second and third sections in response the first section being uncoupled from the second section via the first coupling mechanism.

3. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the third section is configured to be folded on top of the lower portion independently of the first and second sections in response to the third section being uncoupled from the second section via the second coupling mechanism.

4. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the second section is configured to be folded on top of the lower portion independently of the first and third sections in response to the first section being uncoupled from the second section via the first coupling mechanism and the third section being uncoupled from the second section via the second coupling mechanism.

5. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein an upper portion of the first section and an upper portion of the third section each include a fastener configured to fastener the seat cover to a first head rest and a second head rest of the vehicle, respectively.

6. The seat cover of claim 1, further comprising an opening disposed between the upper portion and the lower portion, wherein the opening extends along a portion of a lower edge of the first section to at least the second section.

7. The seat cover of claim 6, wherein the opening is closed by a third coupling mechanism, wherein the third coupling mechanism includes VELCRO™

, wherein the first and second coupling mechanisms each include a zipper.

8. The seat cover of claim 6, further comprising another opening, wherein the other opening is disposed between the first section and the lower portion.

9. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein one or more openings are disposed between the upper portion and the lower portion.

10. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the first coupling mechanism and the second coupling mechanism extend along substantially all of a height of the upper portion.

11. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the first coupling mechanism and the second coupling mechanism include VELCRO™

.

12. A cargo bed cover for a vehicle, comprising:

a lower portion sized and configured to extend over a horizontally-oriented cargo area of the vehicle, wherein the lower portion includes a slit extending linearly inward from a lower edge of the lower portion; and

an upper portion coupled to the lower portion, wherein the upper portion is sized and configured to extend upwardly over a rear surface of a backrest of a vehicle seat, wherein the upper portion has a first section, a second section, and a third section, wherein each of the first section, the second section, and the third section extend from an upper edge of the upper portion to the lower portion.

13. The cargo bed cover of claim 12, wherein the slit extends linearly inward from a center of the lower edge of the lower portion.

14. The cargo bed cover of claim 12, further comprising:

a first coupling mechanism, wherein the first coupling mechanism is configured to couple the first section to the second section; and

a second coupling mechanism, wherein the second coupling mechanism is configured to couple the second section and the third section.

15. The cargo bed cover of claim 14, wherein the first section is configured to move to a horizontal position independently of the second and third sections in response to the first section being uncoupled from the second section via the first coupling mechanism.

16. The cargo bed cover of claim 14, wherein the third section is configured to move to a horizontal position independently of the first and second sections in response to the third section being uncoupled from the second section via the second coupling mechanism.

17. The cargo bed cover of claim 14, wherein the second section is configured to move to a horizontal position independently of the first and third sections in response to the first section being uncoupled from the second section via the first coupling mechanism and the third section being uncoupled from the second section via the second coupling mechanism.

18. The cargo bed cover of claim 12, wherein an upper portion of the first section and an upper portion of the third section each include a fastener configured to fastener the seat cover to a first head rest and a second head rest of the vehicle, respectively.

19. The cargo bed cover of claim 12, further comprising a guard portion coupled to a lower edge of the lower portion, wherein the guard is configured to extend over a bumper of the vehicle, wherein the guard portion is generally rectangular.

20. A head liner cover for a vehicle, comprising:

a plurality of fastening devices coupled to a ceiling of the vehicle;

an elongated fabric material, wherein the fabric material has a length approximately equal to a width of the ceiling, wherein the plurality of fastening devices are configured to secure the fabric material at least proximate the ceiling.
