Abstract

A device may display a user interface that includes multiple information blocks. The multiple information blocks may comprise multiple corresponding first panels, multiple corresponding second panels, and multiple corresponding third panels. The user interface may include the multiple corresponding first panels. The device may detect a user interaction associated with a first panel of the multiple corresponding first panels. The first panel may be associated with an information block of the multiple information blocks. The user interaction may indicate that a second panel of the information block is to be displayed. The second panel may be associated with the information block and may be one of the multiple corresponding second panels. The device may display, based on the user interaction, an updated user interface that includes the second panel of the information block.

Claims

1. A device, comprising:

one or more processors to;

provide, for display, an information block user interface that includes multiple information blocks,

the multiple information blocks comprising multiple corresponding first panels, multiple corresponding second panels, and multiple corresponding third panels, and

the information block user interface including the multiple corresponding first panels;

detect a user interaction associated with a first panel of the multiple corresponding first panels,

the first panel being associated with an information block of the multiple information blocks, and

the user interaction indicating that a second panel of the information block is to be provided for display,

the second panel being associated with the information block and being one of the multiple corresponding second panels; and

provide, for display and based on the user interaction, an updated information block user interface that includes the second panel of the information block.

2. The device of claim 1, where the one or more processors are further to:

receive configuration information associated with the multiple information blocks,

the configuration information being based on user input; and

where the one or more processors, when providing, for display, the information block user interface that includes the multiple information blocks, are to;

provide the multiple information blocks for display based on the configuration information.

3. The device of claim 2, where the configuration information includes location information associated with the multiple information blocks,

the location information identifying portions of a display screen in which the multiple information blocks are to be displayed;

and

where the one or more processors, when providing, for display, the information block user interface that includes the multiple information blocks, are to;

provide the multiple information blocks for display based on the location information.

4. The device of claim 2, where the configuration information includes size information associated with the multiple information blocks,

the size information identifying a first size for a first information block, of the multiple information blocks, and a second size for a second information block of the multiple information blocks,

the first size being different from the second size;

and

where the one or more processors, when providing, for display, the information block user interface that includes the multiple information blocks, are to;

provide the multiple information blocks for display based on the size information.

5. The device of claim 1, where the one or more processors, when providing, for display and based on the user interaction, the updated information block user interface that includes the second panel of the information block, are further to:

automatically execute an item of content associated with the second panel of the information block based on the user interaction.

6. The device of claim 1, where the user interaction includes a user selection of a button associated with the first panel of the information block;

and

where the one or more processors, when providing, for display, the updated information block user interface based on the user interaction, are to;

provide, for display and based on the user selection of the button, the updated information block user interface including the first panel of the information block, the second panel of the information block, and a third panel of the information block,

the third panel being associated with the information block and being one of the multiple corresponding third panels.

7. The device of claim 1, where the user interaction includes a user selection of a button associated with the first panel of the information block;

and

where the one or more processors, when providing, for display, the updated information block user interface based on the user interaction, are to;

provide, for display and based on the user selection of the button, the updated information block user interface including a fourth panel associated with the information block, a fifth panel associated with the information block, and a sixth panel associated with the information block.

8. A computer-readable medium storing instructions, the instructions comprising:

one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to;

provide, for display, a user interface that includes a plurality of information blocks,

the plurality of information blocks comprising a plurality of corresponding first panels, a plurality of corresponding second panels, and a plurality of corresponding third panels, and

the user interface including the plurality of corresponding first panels;

identify a user interaction associated with a first panel of the plurality of corresponding first panels,

the first panel corresponding to an information block of the plurality of information blocks, and

the user interaction indicating that a second panel of the information block is to be provided for displayed,

the second panel corresponding to the information block and being one of the plurality of corresponding second panels; and

provide, for display and based on the user interaction, an updated user interface that includes the second panel of the information block.

9. The computer-readable medium of claim 8, where the one or more instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the one or more processors to:

receive configuration information associated with the plurality of information blocks,

the configuration information being based on user input; and

where the one or more instructions, that cause the one or more processors to provide, for display, the user interface that includes the plurality of information blocks, cause the one or more processors to;

provide the plurality of information blocks for display based on the received configuration information.

10. The computer-readable medium of claim 9, where the configuration information includes location information associated with the plurality of information blocks,

the location information identifying areas of a display screen in which the plurality of information blocks are to be displayed;

and

where the one or more instructions, that cause the one or more processors to provide, for display, the user interface that the includes plurality of information blocks, cause the one or more processors to;

provide the plurality of information blocks for display based on the location information.

11. The computer-readable medium of claim 9, where the configuration information includes size information associated with the plurality of information blocks,

the size information identifying a first size for a first information block, of the plurality of information blocks, and a second size for a second information block of the plurality of information blocks,

the first size being different from the second size;

and

where the one or more instructions, that cause the one or more processors to provide, for display, the user interface that includes the plurality of information blocks, cause the one or more processors to;

provide the plurality of information blocks for display based on the size information.

12. The computer-readable medium of claim 8, where the one or more instructions, that cause the one or more processors to provide, for display and based on the user interaction, the updated user interface that includes the second panel of the information block, further cause the one or more processors to:

automatically load an item of content associated with the second panel of the information block based on the user interaction.

13. The computer-readable medium of claim 8, where the user interaction includes a user selection of a button associated with the first panel of the information block;

and

where the one or more instructions, that cause the one or more processors provide, for display and based on the user interaction, the updated user interface, cause the one or more processors to;

provide, for display and based on the user selection of the button, the updated user interface including the first panel of the information block, the second panel of the information block, and a third panel of the information block,

the third panel corresponding to the information block and being one of the plurality of corresponding third panels.

14. The computer-readable medium of claim 8, where the user interaction includes a user selection of a button associated with the first panel of the information block;

and

where the one or more instructions, that cause the one or more processors provide, for display and based on the user interaction, the updated user interface, cause the one or more processors to;

provide, for display and based on the user selection of the button, the updated user interface including a fourth panel associated with the information block, a fifth panel associated with the information block, and a sixth panel associated with the information block.

15. A method, comprising:

determining, by a device and based on user input, configuration information associated with a group of information blocks,

the group of information blocks comprising a group of associated first panels, a group of associated second panels, and a group of associated third panels;

causing, by the device, a user interface to be displayed that includes the group of information blocks,

the displayed user interface including the group of associated first panels;

detecting, by the device, an interaction associated with a first panel of the group of associated first panels,

the first panel corresponding to an information block of the group of information blocks, and

the interaction indicating that a second panel of the information block is to be provided for displayed,

the second panel being associated with the information block and being one of the group of associated second panels; and

causing, by the device and based on the interaction, an updated user interface to be displayed that includes the second panel of the information block.

16. The method of claim 15, where the configuration information includes location information associated with the group of information blocks,

the location information identifying portions of a display screen in which the group of information blocks are to be displayed;

and

where causing the user interface to be displayed that includes the group of information blocks comprises;

causing the group of information blocks to be displayed based on the location information.

17. The method of claim 15, where the configuration information includes size information associated with the group of information blocks,

the size information identifying a first size for a first information block, of the group of information blocks, and a second size for a second information block of the group of information blocks,

the first size being different from the second size;

and

where causing the user interface to be displayed that includes the group of information blocks comprises;

causing the group of information blocks to be displayed based on the size information.

18. The method of claim 15, where causing the updated user interface that includes the second panel of the information block to be displayed comprises:

automatically opening an item of content associated with the second panel of the information block based on the user interaction.

19. The method of claim 15, where the interaction includes a user selection of a button associated with the first panel of the information block;

and

where causing the updated user interface to be displayed based on the interaction comprises;

causing the updated user interface to be displayed including the first panel of the information block, the second panel of the information block, and a third panel of the information block,

the third panel being associated with the information block and being one of the group of associated third panels.

20. The method of claim 15, where the interaction includes a user selection of a button associated with the first panel of the information block;

and

where causing the updated user interface to be displayed based on the interaction comprises;

causing the updated user interface to be displayed including a fourth panel associated with the information block, a fifth panel associated with the information block, and a sixth panel associated with the information block.
