determining a vaporization rate and a nebulization rate; vaporizing a vaporizable material based on the vaporization rate to create a first vapor; nebulizing a non-vaporizable material based on the nebulization rate to create a second vapor; mixing the first vapor and the second vapor to create a mixed vapor; and expelling the mixed vapor through an exhaust port.
