1. A charging circuit interrupt device for coupling a first power line of a power system to a first output power line of an output system and coupling a second input power line of the power system to a second output power line of the output system, such that the power system applies an input voltage to the output system, comprising:

  • a current-detecting unit, executing a leakage-detecting function, wherein the current-detecting unit generates a leakage signal when a current difference in a section of the first input power line and the second input power line is detected;

    a self-test device, generating a bypass path according to a detection enable signal, such that a test current flows from a first node of the first input power line to a second node of the second input power line, and there is the current difference in the section; and

    a controller, generating the detection enable signal when the controller operates in a self-test mode, wherein when the controller receives the leakage signal, the controller determines that the leakage-detecting function is normal, stops generating the detection enable signal, and enters a normal mode to apply the input voltage to the output system.
