A receiver in an automobile may detect a signal from a mobile transponder within range of the automobile where the signal may have a security code. The processor may process an audible command from a user, corresponding to an automobile function, on a condition that the security code is valid. The processor may perform the automobile function if the audible command matches the voiceprint.
