control at least one touch-available icon to appear on the touch screen in a first direction of a first touch-drag on the touch screen,in response to a touch input to one of the at least one touch-available icon, execute a specific function such that an execution image related to the executed specific function is displayed on the touch screen,receive a message while the specific function is being executed,receive a second touch-drag in a second direction on the touch screen, andcontrol a message window for the received message to appear on the touch screen.

A terminal can include a touch screen, and a control unit to control at least one touch-available icon to appear on the touch screen in a first direction of a first touch-drag on the touch screen, in response to a touch input to one of the at least one touch-available icon, execute a specific function such that an execution image related to the executed specific function is displayed on the touch screen. Further, the control unit of the terminal can receive a message while the specific function is being executed, receive a second touch-drag in a second direction on the touch screen, and control a message window for the received message to appear on the touch screen.
