1. A display substrate comprising a display region, a peripheral region, and a gate driving circuit, wherein:
- the gate driving circuit comprises a capacitor in the peripheral region, the capacitor comprises a first electrode and a second electrode with an electrical insulation layer provided therebetween,the display region is provided with an insulation layer and conductive layers therein, the first electrode and the second electrode are remaining portions of films for forming the conductive layers left in the peripheral region, and the electrical insulation layer is a remaining portion of a film for forming the insulation layer left in the peripheral region.

forming an insulation layer and conductive layers in a display region; and forming a capacitor in a peripheral region, wherein the capacitor comprises a first electrode and a second electrode with an electrical insulation layer provided therebetween, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are remaining portions of films for forming the conductive layers left in the peripheral region, and the electrical insulation layer is a remaining portion of a film for forming the insulation layer left in the peripheral region. - View Dependent Claims (23)
