a self capacitance electrode between the upper substrate and the lower substrate;
a ground electrode corresponding to the self capacitance electrode; and
a driving circuit configured to apply a signal to the self capacitance electrode and the ground electrode,wherein the driving circuit is configured to apply a same touch scanning signal to the self capacitance electrode and the ground electrode during a touch phase.
