1. A method, comprising:
- in response to determining that a touch-sensitive input operation associated with a user identity has been initiated on a touch screen of a device comprising a processor, acquiring, by the device, contact positions between a finger of the user identity and an opposite face of the touch screen at different times; and
at least in response to determining that the contact positions between the finger and the opposite face of the touch screen at the different times satisfy a first predetermined condition, adjusting an input mode of the device.

An information processing method and device are provided that relate to the field of information input. A method comprises, in response to determining that a user performs a touch-sensitive input operation on a touch screen of a device, acquiring contact positions between a finger of the user and an opposite face of the touch screen in different times; and at least in response to determining that the contact positions between the finger and the opposite face of the touch screen in different times satisfy a first predetermined condition, adjusting an input mode of the device. According to the contact positions between the finger of the user and an opposite face of the touch screen, it can be inferred whether or not the user encounters inconvenient input and timely adjust an input mode of the device, which facilitates user input in the event of maintaining lower power consumption.

a touch screen; a memory, configured to store an instruction; a processor, configured to execute the instruction stored in the memory, the instruction causing the processor to perform operations, comprising; in response to a first determination that a touch-sensitive input operation has been performed on the touch screen, acquiring at least two contact positions between at least one finger of the user and an opposite face of the touch screen in different times; and at least in response to a second determination that the at least two contact positions between the at least one finger and the opposite face of the touch screen in the different times satisfy a predetermined condition, adjusting an input mode of the user equipment.
