Abstract

In a maintenance work support system for supporting maintenance works in a component mounting system, a storage stores: priority table information defining a maintenance priority for classifying a priority level at which execution of the maintenance work is necessary, based on an association of the recommended maintenance deadline with a use time or a use count of each of the maintenance targets; and execution history information indicating history of the maintenance work executed on each of the maintenance targets. A maintenance work plan creation unit creates a work plan of the maintenance work, based on the maintenance priority calculated by a priority calculator, changed with date and time, based on the execution history information and the priority table information.

Claims

1. A maintenance work support system for supporting maintenance works executed on maintenance targets in a component mounting system including at least one component mounting device, the maintenance work support system comprising:

a storage storing maintenance relevant information regarding one or more maintenance works executed on each of the maintenance targets, the maintenance relevant information including a recommended maintenance deadline indicating a deadline by which execution of the maintenance work based on a use limit time or use limit count of each of the maintenance targets is necessary, priority table information defining a maintenance priority for classifying a priority level at which execution of the maintenance work is necessary, based on an association of the recommended maintenance deadline with a use time or a use count of each of the maintenance targets, and execution history information indicating history of the maintenance work executed on each of the maintenance targets;

a priority calculator calculating the maintenance priority changed with date and time for each of the maintenance works, based on the execution history information and the priority table information included in the maintenance relevant information; and

a maintenance work plan creation unit creating a work plan of the maintenance work executed on at least one of the maintenance targets, based on the maintenance priority calculated by the priority calculator.

2. The maintenance work support system according to claim 1, further comprising:

a production information acquirer obtaining production information including production performance information executed in the component mounting system,

wherein the priority calculator calculates the maintenance priority based on the obtained production performance information, the execution history information and the priority table information.

3. The maintenance work support system according to claim 2,

wherein the production information acquirer obtains a production plan executed in the component mounting system, and

the priority calculator predicts a prearranged use time and a prearranged use count of each maintenance target from the obtained production plan, and calculates the maintenance priority at date and time in a future corresponding to the production plan based on the prearranged use time or the prearranged use count of one of the maintenance targets and the priority table information.

4. The maintenance work support system according to claim 1, further comprising:

a setting unit setting prearranged maintenance execution date and time when the maintenance work is executed; and

an extractor extracting one or more of the maintenance targets of which the maintenance priority at the set maintenance execution date and time is determined to be higher than a predetermined classification level,

wherein the maintenance work plan creation unit creates the work plan of the maintenance targets of which the use time or the use count are close to the use limit time or use limit count, in order from the target close to the use limit time or the use limit count, among the extracted maintenance targets.

5. The maintenance work support system according to claim 2, further comprising:

a setting unit setting prearranged maintenance execution date and time when the maintenance work is executed; and

an extractor extracting one or more of the maintenance targets of which the maintenance priority at the set maintenance execution date and time is determined to be higher than a predetermined classification level,

wherein the maintenance work plan creation unit creates the work plan of the maintenance targets of which the use time or the use count are close to the use limit time or use limit count, in order from the target close to the use limit time or the use limit count, among the extracted maintenance targets.

6. The maintenance work support system according to claim 3, further comprising:

a setting unit setting prearranged maintenance execution date and time when the maintenance work is executed; and

an extractor extracting one or more of the maintenance targets of which the maintenance priority at the set maintenance execution date and time is determined to be higher than a predetermined classification level,

wherein the maintenance work plan creation unit creates the work plan of the maintenance targets of which the use time or the use count are close to the use limit time or use limit count, in order from the target close to the use limit time or the use limit count, among the extracted maintenance targets.

7. The maintenance work support system according to claim 4, further comprising:

a comparator comparing the set maintenance execution date and time with date and time of the recommended maintenance deadline,

wherein, in a case where there is the work plan including at least one of the maintenance targets that reaches the recommended maintenance deadline by the set maintenance execution date and time, as a comparison result of the comparator,

the maintenance work plan creation unit creates the work plan such that the maintenance execution date and time of the work plan is earlier than the recommended maintenance deadline.

8. The maintenance work support system according to claim 5, further comprising:

a comparator comparing the set maintenance execution date and time with date and time of the recommended maintenance deadline,

wherein, in a case where there is the work plan including at least one of the maintenance targets that reaches the recommended maintenance deadline by the set maintenance execution date and time, as a comparison result of the comparator,

the maintenance work plan creation unit creates the work plan such that the maintenance execution date and time of the work plan is earlier than the recommended maintenance deadline.

9. The maintenance work support system according to claim 6, further comprising:

a comparator comparing the set maintenance execution date and time with date and time of the recommended maintenance deadline,

wherein, in a case where there is the work plan including at least one of the maintenance targets that reaches the recommended maintenance deadline by the set maintenance execution date and time, as a comparison result of the comparator,

the maintenance work plan creation unit creates the work plan such that the maintenance execution date and time of the work plan is earlier than the recommended maintenance deadline.
