19. A spinal implant comprising:

an interbody cage including a first surface, a second surface and an inner surface that defines a cavity configured for disposal of bone graft; an anode including an endplate portion attached with the first surface and a flange portion extending into the cavity; and a cathode including an endplate portion attached with the second surface and a flange portion extending into the cavity, the anode being electrically isolated from the cathode and disposed to conduct an electric current to stimulate tissue growth adjacent the interbody cage and within the cavity.

an interbody cage including a first surface, a second surface and an inner surface that defines a cavity configured for disposal of bone graft; a titanium endcap electrode connected with the first surface; a titanium endcap electrode connected with the second surface; and a substrate including at least one electronic component that is electrically connected to the electrodes, the electrodes conducting an electric current to stimulate tissue growth adjacent the interbody cage.
