Abstract

A conducting film of the present invention includes (A) graphene and/or graphene oxide, and/or derivatives thereof, and (B) a compound having a sulfonic acid group, and/or derivatives thereof, and has a volume resistivity of 1×10⁴ Ω·cm or less. A method for producing the conducting film of the present invention includes preparing a dispersion by dispersing a component including (A) graphene and/or graphene oxide, and/or derivatives thereof, and (B) a compound having a sulfonic acid group, and/or derivatives thereof in a dispersion medium, applying the dispersion on a substrate and drying it, and performing heat treatment at a temperature of 100° C. or more. Thereby, the present invention provides a conducting film that has high conductivity and can be applied to a wide range of composites including graphenes, and a method for producing the same.

Claims

1. A conducting film comprising:

(A) graphene and/or graphene oxide, and/or derivatives thereof and

(B) a compound having a sulfonic acid group, and/or derivatives thereof,

wherein the conducting film has a volume resistivity of 1×

10⁴Ω

·

cm or less.

2. The conducting film according to claim 1, wherein the conducting film has a volume resistivity of 1×

10-⁵Ω

·

cm or more.

3. The conducting film according to claim 1, wherein the compound having a sulfonic acid group of the component (B) is an aromatic sulfonic acid compound.

4. The conducting film according to claim 1, wherein the component (B) is at least one material selected from a monomer, an oligomer, and a polymer having a sulfonic acid group, and/or derivatives thereof.

5. The conducting film according to claim 1, wherein a composition ratio of the components (A) and (B) is such that a content of the component (B) is 3 parts by mass or more and 200 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the component (A).

6. The conducting film according to claim 1, wherein the conducting film has a thickness in a range from 0.001 mm to 1.0 mm.

7. The conducting film according to claim 1, further comprising a polymer as a component (C).

8. The conducting film according to claim 1, wherein the component (C) is a non-conductive polymer.

9. The conducting film according to claim 1, wherein the component (A) is graphene oxide including a multilayered body produced by oxidation decomposition of graphite.

10. A method for producing a conducting film comprising:

preparing a dispersion by dispersing a component comprising (A) graphene and/or graphene oxide, and/or derivatives thereof, and (B) a compound having a sulfonic acid group, and/or derivatives thereof in a dispersion medium,

applying the dispersion on a substrate and drying it, and performing heat treatment at a temperature of 100°

C. or more, thereby obtaining a conducting film having a volume resistivity of 1×

10⁴Ω

·

cm or less.

11. The method for producing a conducting film according to claim 10, wherein the heat treatment condition comprises a heat treatment temperature of more than 100°

C. and 250°

C. or less.

12. The method for producing a conducting film according to claim 10, wherein the heat treatment condition comprises a heat treatment time in a range from 10 minutes to 6 hours.

13. The method for producing a conducting film according to claim 10, wherein the dispersion medium is water or an organic solvent.

14. The method for producing a conducting film according to claim 10, wherein the conducting film produced is peeled off and separated from the substrate.
