In some examples, the biometric based information communication system comprises biomedical devices with sensing means, wherein the sensing means produces a biometric result. In some examples the biometric based information communication system may comprise a user device such as a smart phone paired in communication with the biomedical device. A biometric measurement result may trigger a communication of a biometric based information communication message.
