- a photoelectric conversion element;
first to seventh transistors; and
first and second capacitors,wherein the fourth transistor comprises a first gate and a second gate,wherein the second gate faces the first gate with a channel formation region therebetween,wherein one terminal of the photoelectric conversion element is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the first transistor,wherein the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the second transistor and one terminal of the first capacitor,wherein the other terminal of the first capacitor is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the third transistor and the first gate of the fourth transistor,wherein one of a source and a drain of the fourth transistor is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the fifth transistor and one of a source and a drain of the sixth transistor,wherein the other of the source and the drain of the fourth transistor is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the seventh transistor and one terminal of the second capacitor, andwherein the other of the source and the drain of the sixth transistor is electrically connected to the other terminal of the second capacitor and the second gate of the fourth transistor.

Abstract
An imaging device capable of obtaining high-quality imaging data is provided. The imaging device can correct variation in the threshold voltage of amplifier transistors included in pixel circuits. The amplifier transistor includes two gates facing each other with a channel formation region provided therebetween. The amplifier transistor operates in such a manner that one of the gates holds a potential for correcting variation in the threshold voltage and the other thereof is supplied with a potential corresponding to imaging data.
