1. A wireless device comprising:

  • one or more processors; and

    memory storing instructions that, when executed, cause the wireless device to;

    receive at least one message comprising;

    a cell group index of a secondary cell of a secondary cell group in a plurality of cell groups; and

    configuration parameters of sounding reference signals (SRSs) transmission on the secondary cell;

    receive a control command to cause transmission of a random access preamble in the secondary cell group;

    receive a random access response comprising a timing advance command (TAC) for the secondary cell group and a power control command; and

    transmit a plurality of the SRSs on the secondary cell in response to applying the TAC, wherein transmission power of the first occurrence of the plurality of the SRSs depends, at least in part, on the power control command, and wherein the wireless device is configured to not transmit any of the SRSs on the secondary cell during a period between receiving the at least one message and receiving the TAC.
