a pixel, the pixel electrically connected to the signal line,wherein the pixel comprises a first display element, a first conductive film, a second conductive film, an insulating film, a pixel circuit, and a second display element,wherein the first conductive film is electrically connected to the first display element,wherein the second conductive film has a region overlapping with the first conductive film,wherein the insulating film has a region sandwiched between the second conductive film and the first conductive film,wherein the insulating film comprises an opening,wherein the second conductive film is electrically connected to the first conductive film in the opening,wherein the pixel circuit is electrically connected to the second conductive film,wherein the pixel circuit is electrically connected to the signal line, andwherein the second display element is electrically connected to the pixel circuit.

wherein the display panel comprises a first pixel, a second pixel, a third pixel, a third of a first scan line, a first of a second scan line, a first signal line, and a second signal line, wherein the second pixel is adjacent to the first pixel, wherein the second pixel is provided between the third pixel and the first pixel, wherein the third of the first scan line is electrically connected to the third pixel, wherein the first of the second scan line is electrically connected to the first pixel, wherein the first signal line is electrically connected to the first pixel and the third pixel, wherein the second signal line is electrically connected to the first pixel and the third pixel, wherein the first pixel comprises a first of a second display element, wherein the third pixel comprises a third of a first display element, wherein in the first step, a potential for turning on a transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the third of the first scan line is supplied to the third of the first scan line, and a potential for turning on a transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the first of the second scan line is supplied to the first of the second scan line, wherein in the second step, a first image signal for displaying an image in the third of the first display element and a second image signal for displaying an image in the first of the second display element are supplied to the first signal line and the second signal line, respectively, and wherein in the third step, a potential for turning off the transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the third of the first scan line is supplied to the third of the first scan line, and a potential for turning off the transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the first of the second scan line is supplied to the first second scan line.

wherein the display panel comprises a first pixel, a second pixel, a third pixel, a second of a first scan line, a first of a second scan line, a second of the second scan line, a third of the second scan line, a first signal line, a second signal line, a first of the first scan line, and a third of the first scan line, wherein the second pixel is adjacent to the first pixel, wherein the second pixel is provided between the third pixel and the first pixel, wherein the first of the first scan line is electrically connected to the first pixel, wherein the second of the first scan line is electrically connected to the second pixel, wherein the third of the first scan line is electrically connected to the third pixel, wherein the first of the second scan line is electrically connected to the first pixel, wherein the second of the second scan line is electrically connected to the second pixel, wherein the third of the second scan line is electrically connected to the third pixel, wherein the first pixel comprises a first of a second display element, wherein the second pixel comprises a second of a first display element, wherein in the first step, a potential for turning on a transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the first of the second scan line is supplied to the first of the second scan line, a potential for turning on a transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the second of the second scan line is supplied to the second of the second scan line, and a potential for turning on a transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the third of the second scan line is supplied to the third of the second scan line, wherein in the second step, a first image signal for displaying an image in the second of the first display element and a second image signal for displaying an image in the first of the second display element are supplied to the first signal line and the second signal line, respectively, wherein in the third step, a potential for turning off a transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the second of the first scan line is supplied to the second of the first scan line, and wherein in the fourth step, a potential for turning off the transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the first of the second scan line is supplied to the first of the second scan line.
