Abstract

An information processing method and a user equipment, wherein the method includes receiving an information processing request message, when the information processing request message is not processed within a predetermined time, collecting at least two types of environment state information, generating prompt information according to the at least two types of the collected environment state information. Therefore, a user can perceive in time the information processing request message that has been received but not processed by the user equipment in time, and thus effectively increasing the usability of the user equipment.

Claims

1. An information processing method used for a mobile device, wherein the method comprises:

receiving an information processing request message;

collecting values of at least two environmental state parameters including first and second environmental state parameters associated with the mobile device when the information processing request message is not processed by the mobile device within a first predetermined time, wherein the first and second environmental state parameters are of two different types;

generating prompting information when the values of the at least two environmental state parameters meet preset conditions, wherein the prompting information is used to prompt a user to process the unprocessed information processing request message.

2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the information processing request message comprises a call.

3. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the information processing request message comprises a short message.

4. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the information processing request message comprises a schedule.

5. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the first environmental state parameter or the second environmental state parameter comprises at least one of following parameter:

a gravity sensing parameter, a sound sensing parameter, or a light sensing parameter.

6. The information processing method according to claim 5, wherein the preset conditions comprise the gravity sensing parameter is smaller than a preset vibration amplitude.

7. The information processing method according to claim 5, wherein the preset conditions comprise the sound sensing parameter is smaller than a preset decibel.

8. The information processing method according to claim 5, wherein the preset conditions comprise the flight sensing parameter is greater than a preset light intensity.

9. The information processing method according to claim 5, wherein the preset conditions comprise the gravity sensing parameter is greater than a preset vibration amplitude.

10. The information processing method according to claim 5, wherein the preset conditions comprise the sound sensing parameter is greater than a preset decibel.

11. The information processing method according to claim 5, wherein the preset conditions comprise the flight sensing parameter is smaller than a preset light intensity.

12. The information processing method according to claim 3, wherein the preset conditions are selected from any of the combinations of the following conditions:

the gravity sensing parameter is greater or smaller than a preset vibration amplitude, the sound sensing parameter is greater or smaller than a preset decibel, and the flight sensing parameter is smaller or greater than a preset light intensity.

13. A mobile device, comprising:

at least one sensor;

a memory for storing computer instructions; and

a processor configured to execute the computer instructions to perform operations of;

receiving an information processing request message;

collecting values of at least two environmental state parameters including first and second environmental state parameters associated with the mobile device when the information processing request message is not processed by the mobile device within a first predetermined time, wherein the first and second environmental state parameters are of two different types;

generating prompting information when the values of the at least two environmental state parameters meet preset conditions, wherein the prompting information is used to prompt a user to process the unprocessed information processing request message.

14. The mobile device according to claim 13, wherein the first or second environmental state parameter comprises at least one of following parameter:

a gravity sensing parameter, a sound sensing parameter or a light sensing parameter.

15. The mobile device according to claim 14, wherein the preset conditions comprises at least one of the following conditions:

the gravity sensing parameter is smaller than a preset vibration amplitude, the sound sensing parameter is smaller than a preset decibel, or the flight sensing parameter is greater than a preset light intensity.

16. The mobile device according to claim 14, wherein the preset conditions comprises at least one of the following conditions:

the gravity sensing parameter is greater than a preset vibration amplitude, the sound sensing parameter is greater than a preset decibel, or the flight sensing parameter is smaller than a preset light intensity.

17. The mobile device according to claim 14, wherein the preset conditions are the gravity sensing parameter is greater or smaller than a preset vibration amplitude and the sound sensing parameter is greater or smaller than a preset decibel.

18. The mobile device according to claim 14, wherein the preset conditions are the gravity sensing parameter is greater or smaller than a preset vibration amplitude and the flight sensing parameter is smaller or greater than a preset light intensity.

19. The mobile device according to claim 14, wherein the preset conditions are the sound sensing parameter is greater or smaller than a preset decibel and the flight sensing parameter is smaller or greater than a preset light intensity.

20. The mobile device according to claim 14, wherein the preset conditions are selected from any of the combinations of the following conditions:

the gravity sensing parameter is greater or smaller than a preset vibration amplitude, the sound sensing parameter is greater or smaller than a preset decibel, and the flight sensing parameter is smaller or greater than a preset light intensity.
