generating data measuring performance, using the physical assessment sensor, of a person during a work sample, wherein the person interacts with at least one work sample object during the work sample;

generating one or more data sets as a function of the data measuring the performance and the data measuring the cognitive workload, the one or more data sets comprising an absolute efficiency data set indicating a cognitive effort exerted in order to achieve a given performance score;
generating a composite score as a function of the one or more data sets;
