The computer system identifies other challenges that meets a policy identifying when the other challenges are related employee submitted challenge. The computer system combines the related challenges into a workflow, increasing the visibility of the related challenges throughout the organization, enabling performing operation for the organization based on employee driven innovations identified and distributed within the workflow.
