Abstract

A biosensor according to an embodiment includes: a working electrode; a counter electrode; a reference electrode; and a detection layer contacting the working electrode and containing a crosslinking agent, an electrically conductive polymer, and an enzyme transferring and receiving electrons to and from the working electrode, the reference electrode being a polarized electrode.

Claims

1. A biosensor comprising:

a working electrode;

a counter electrode;

a reference electrode; and

a detection layer contacting the working electrode and containing a crosslinking agent, an electrically conductive polymer, and an enzyme transferring and receiving electrons to and from the working electrode,

the reference electrode being a polarized electrode.

2. The biosensor according to claim 1, wherein the working electrode and the counter electrode are the polarized electrodes, and

the working electrode, the counter electrode and the reference electrode are made from the same material.

3. The biosensor according to claim 1, wherein the reference electrode is carbon, gold, platinum, palladium or ruthenium.

4. The biosensor according to claim 2, wherein the reference electrode is carbon, gold, platinum, palladium or ruthenium.
