1. A wireless node in a wireless network, the wireless node comprising:

  • a transmitter;

    a processor; and

    the processor is configured to have the transmitter transmit a plurality of messages to a plurality of other wireless nodes, wherein each of the plurality of messages includes information indicating a first reception schedule and a second reception schedule, wherein the first reception schedule and the second reception schedule are used by the plurality of other wireless nodes to determine a sequence of time intervals for reception;

    the processor is further configured to schedule transmissions to the plurality of other wireless nodes based on the first reception schedule and the second reception schedule; and

    the processor is further configured to have the transmitter, based on the scheduled transmissions, to transmit data to the plurality of other wireless nodes.
